This is a quick reminder about our Annual UFO and Paranormal Gathering at The Roan - Roan Mountain State Park located in Roan Mountain, Tennessee. This not-for-profit paranormal event is going to be a weekend outting event with stories around the campfire and more and you're invited... Here are the details... You're Invited!!! What: The Annual ARC Roan Mountain UFO and Paranormal Reunion Where: Roan Mountain State Park - Roan Mountain, Tennessee When: FRIDAY THE 13th, Saturday the 14th, and Sunday the 15th, June 2008 Who: All UFO and Paranormal Investigators, Friends, and Enthusiasts Description: This will be a fun, informal camping event, but hotels and bed and breakfasts are available just a short driving distance away from the park, which is located in a rural and sacred woodland area. DAY ONE: The 1st Annual ARC Paranormal Investigator Reunion will be held beginning June, FRIDAY THE 13th, 2008 with an informal gathering starting at 3 PM at Picnic Pavillion #3 inside the Roan Mountain State Park Campground. This will be time to get acquainted, make new friends, and share stories with like minded individuals. At 8 PM we will have a campfire session at the director's tent to tell stories of UFO encounters around a campfire at Roan Mountain Campground... DAY TWO: The second day will be an interactive and fun attendee supported cookout with hotdogs and hamburgers. This will be a day to get up and do a presentation about your research and investigative endeavors in your hometown. Jeffrey Morgan Foss, one of our former guest speakers which was featured at one of our Roan Mountain UFO Conferences a few years ago has agreed to come and give a talk at the pavillion on Saturday. Jeff has an art gallery on our website giving an artistic depiction of some of his life long experiences. Day two of the weekend festivities will be held at Pavillion #1 just a short drive, or a short walk from the Roan Mountain campground. There is a minimum $10 registration / donation from all attendees which must be paid in advance to attend the reunion which is to cover the cost of the pavillions on both Friday and Saturday, as well as the food purchase for the cookout. DAY THREE: On the last day of the gathering, we will host a trip to the top of Roan Mountain, the 3rd highest mountain on the east coast and home to the world's highest rhodendron gardens which will be in near full bloom that weekend! We will be going up to see a possible UFO landing site and tour areas where crop circles have recently been documented and investigated. This should be a fun day lasting from around 10 AM until around 2 PM and the mountain panoramic views are gorgeous!!! There after, we will bid everyone a fond farewell...
